Frequently Asked Questions
What is Bananadoku?
Bananadoku is a relaxing puzzle game where you place monkeys on a grid while following simple rules: one monkey per row, one per column, and no adjacent monkeys. Use logic to find all the hidden monkeys!
Is the game free?
Yes, the current version of Bananadoku is free to download and play.
Do I need an internet connection to play?
No. Bananadoku is designed to be played offline. You do not need an internet connection to enjoy the puzzles.
Does the game collect my personal data?
Bananadoku stores your game progress and settings locally on your device. The ad-supported version uses Google AdMob to serve ads and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present consent and privacy-choice messages where required.
Google may collect and process certain information to deliver and measure ads, including:
- Device information such as device model, operating system version, and screen size
- IP address, which may be used to derive approximate location
- Advertising and device identifiers used by Google for ad delivery and measurement (the App does not access Apple's IDFA)
- App usage and advertising interaction data, such as ads viewed or clicked
- Diagnostic data related to ad serving
For the full description, please see our Privacy Policy.
How do personalized ads work?
Personalized ads may be shown only where permitted by your UMP consent (where required, such as in Europe) and other applicable laws. The App does not request tracking authorization through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and does not access the IDFA. If you do not provide consent, Google AdMob will still serve ads, but those ads will generally be non-personalized or limited.
How do I change my privacy choices?
When available, open Settings → Privacy Choices in the App to review or update your UMP consent and region-specific privacy choices. The App does not request tracking authorization, so it does not appear under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Is the game suitable for children?
Bananadoku is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not ask for age or date of birth in the App.
How do I change the language?
Open the Settings screen from the main menu and select your preferred language. The app supports 12 languages.
How do I turn off sound or haptics?
Open the Settings screen and toggle the Sound or Haptics option.
My game progress was lost. Can I restore it?
Because progress is saved locally on your device, uninstalling the App will delete your saved data. If you have not uninstalled the App and progress appears missing, please try restarting the App. If the issue persists, contact us at trgstudio@outlook.com.
I found a bug. How can I report it?
